What you get
Each gecko will come with a 10 page caresheet and its own personal information. The information will include details of the leos parents, the hatch date, a record of its weight over time since hatching, and any other relevant information.
The photos
All photos are of the geckos for sale, and are a true representation of the colour- unless stated otherwise. The photos are updated regularly.
Male or female?
Geckos are sold as temperature-sexed, the sex therefore is not guaranteed (unless stated).
The prices
The price of each gecko is the current price. Some morphs (e.g. hypotangerine carrot tails) take time to develop their colours. The prices may increase as the geckos age and their colours 'improve'. However, if you put a gecko on hold, you will only pay the price stated at the time you reserved the gecko (i.e. it may be in your favour to reserve geckos at a young age).
Want to put a gecko on hold?
If you are interested in any of the available geckos please send us an Email. The babies will not be available for sale until they are at least 4 weeks old and I am happy that they are thriving well. Prior to this time, a non-refundable deposit (cheques please, or cash by recorded delivery) will be accepted- upon purchase this will be credited towards the price of your gecko. Upon receipt of a deposit, the gecko will be put on hold until it is 4 weeks old and healthy; collection (or delivery) should be arranged for as soon as possible after this. In the unlikely event that a sale should fall through after a deposit has been received, due to the fault of The Gecko Spot, the deposit will, of course, be refunded in full.
Collection, delivery and courier
There are various collection and delivery options available.

Local delivery for petrol cost (within a 30 mile (ish) radius. The cost will be agreed (and must be received) prior to delivery.
Courier delivery. Two courier options are available: next day before midday delivery which costs £32 or next day delivery before 9am (for some regions, or 10am for others, please check with me) which costs £43.50. Full payment is required prior to courier.
Arrangements for collection or delivery should be made at the time of putting the gecko on hold. Failure to collect your gecko when arranged will result in your deposit being retained and the gecko being re-offered for sale.
If you have any problems
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you should contact us within 24 hours, we reserve the right of non-refund due to poor handling, poor husbandry or failure to quarantine.
Before you put a gecko on hold
Please ensure that you are confident with the requirements of leopard geckos and that you have all the necessary equipment prior to purchase, our caresheet and shopping list page are good starting points. Ideally, your tank should be set up at least one week prior to purchase to ensure that it will provide the optimum environment for your gecko before introducing the gecko to its new home. You should also be aware that it may take several days for your gecko to adjust to its new surroundings, therefore it may not eat for the first few days.
